check firewall output
Hello I'm using Watchguard m200 and I see it has a Firewall Throughput of 3.2 Gbps. I wonder how much of it I use, how can I check?

If you are logging to Dimension, you can look at Reports -> Traffic -> External, to see a graph which will show the max upload & download data transfer amounts and the data transfer rate, during a 10 minute periods, for the selected time period.
The Web UI -> Dashboard -> Interfaces can show the show the max upload & download data transfer rate for the time period selected - from the last 20 mins to the last 7 days.
The Web UI -> Dashboard can also show the CPU utilization for the time period selected.
For point in time info - in Firebox System Manager -> Front Panel, the Traffic and Load bars can give a clue at to the current utilization.

There are various SNMP data which can be retrieved from the firewall. As I have not done this, I am not sure exactly what info is available.

It's worth noting that the "firewall throughput" number on a firewall datasheet is intended to show how much traffic the firewall can process across all interfaces -- and isn't a number that you'll see in regular day-to-day use with common set-ups. This is 1.4Gbps on your model.
The "IPS" or "intrusion prevention" line is much closer to the numbers you'll see with two interfaces configured (one trusted internal network, and one external network, with traffic sent via a packet filter.)
