Block access to all web-based e-mail

Is there any way to block access to all web-based e-mail accounts or do they
need to be blocked individually?

  WebBlocker has a category of General Email, which may do what you want.

  Thanks Bruce but still you need to be individually.
  for exmple it's no option for hotmail,msn, or outlook.
