imap ssl problem

I have implemented an imap rule for checking incoming mail for a long time with active inspection, everything works correctly except for a program that must send and receive an email from a state site, with the active rule the program cannot cycle with the rule disabled yes, I cannot block this rule because it is fundamental for checking incoming mail, is there a way to exclude only one email address from checking?

    No.
    However, you can add an incoming SMTP or IMAP policy From: the problem state site SMTP server public IP addr with any needed settings.
    Make sure that this policy ends up above your existing incoming IMAP policy.
