WSM download corrupted
When downloading WSM 12.5.3 we're getting a different SHA1 checksum from the one given on the download page. This is happening from multiple sites, most going through WatchGuard firewalls, but also when hot-spotting from a mobile phone to a laptop. The file seems to be corrupted. Is there an alternative, reliable source?

What page are you downloading from? There are multiple download points for the WSM app.
The WSM 12.6.1 link in quick links at software.watchguard.com seem to work fine, and are backwards compatible with firewalls running 12.5.3.

I was getting it from the links for the M200/300 - https://watchguardsupport.secure.force.com/software/SoftwareDownloads?current=true&familyId=a2RF00000009dnQMAQ
When trying to install it, it complains of a corrupt file. I'll use the 12.6.1 install file. Thanks.

I'll have it looked into. The 12.6.1 version of WSM should work just fine for you.
