SSO authentication isn't work on the TerminalServer with Sophos Endpoint Protection

Hi Guys,

I have the following problem at the moment:

Sophos endpoint is installed on our new RDS Servers 2016 and sophos WebControl & real-time for the internet is enabeld via policies.
Unfortunately, SSO authentication will no longer work once this policy has been enabled. The problem is the Service (src_user="Backend-Service@Any") blocked the traffic from the sophos endpoint. How can I fix that problem?

    Hi Guys,

    I've talked with Watchguard. They said that is a known problem.
    They have opend a RFE field and ist tracked under RFE-FBX-13953.

    Hi all,
    I have the same issue, is there any fix to solve it?
    Do you change Sophos configuration?

    EDIT:
    The issue is related to the Sophos web-control policy applied to the RDS.
    Once removed it, the SSO Authentication works fine.

    Hi @lucab,
    For this is till a Bug-Fix by Watchguard open with the following number FBX-13953. Unfortunately it does not help to change the configuration.
    I guess there's nothing left but to wait.
