Using the wizard to set up M370. When I get to online activation, it returns invalid user or password? I've double checked pass and user several times? Any idea's?

    Do you have an Internet connection for your M370 ?
    Are you using your WatchGuard Portal account user name and password?
    You can always do a manual activation via the WG portal.

    Thanks for replying, I do have a connection to the internet, and yes I am using my watchguard account credentials? I log on the web with no issues, when using the wizzard on the M370, rejects user or password?

    Open a support incident or do a manual registration.
