  • What XTM version are you running?

The User Space Crash appears to be unrelated to the link issue.
Which firewall interface is having the link issue and what is connected to that interface?

    Hi @RSINFRA
I was able to find your crash reports based on your user name.

The proxy crashes are just due to the proxy services restarting. If you haven't tried already, rebooting may help correct that. The proxies on 11.9.4 have been improved quite a bit, so upgrading to a newer Fireware OS (like 12.1.x) would likely help.

In order to assess the interface issues, we'd need more data from the firebox. I'd suggest opening a case with WatchGuard support if you have a current support contract for your XTM330. If the support has lapsed, I'd suggest considering a trade-up to a newer model, as the XTM330 will be going end of life in September, and you will only be able to renew it up to that date.

    Thank you,

Hi @Bruce_Briggs 11.9.4 is the version. a bit deeper inspection of the log says
    Proxy starting up
the xpath is not registered: /proxy/counter/security
the xpath is not registered: /proxy/counter/security
    proxy callback received incomplete counters

Iam using eth0 as external also the isp says he can se that the link goes up and down all time.

  • Hi @James_Carson ! is it possible to upgrade without any support contract ?
This is a test enviroment at the moment.

  • Try using a different firewall interface for your ISP connection.
11.9.4 is a very old version. It came out in late 2014.

You can't upgrade a firewall which does not have an active LiveSecurity license.

    Hi @RSINFRA
Upgrading to newer firmware does require an active support contract.
