Cannot add firebox to Watchguard Cloud

Hi,
maybe a stupid question, but i cannot see my registered T70 on Watchguard cloud account. When tried to add it i got an error 7 "Device is already activated". When i try to enable cloud on firebox it asks for a key that i cannot produce without having T70 in my cloud account. I have Dimension basic active.
Can please somebody help?

    In WG Cloud, try:
    Configure -> Fireboxes -> Add Device button

    If you don't see your T70 in the activated device list, then open a support incident with Customer Care to have this resolved.

    Was your device already registered to WG cloud on another account? It can only be on one at a time.

    If you open a case, a support rep can help clear the old info from the firebox and get it registered with the right account.

    If the T70 has a TPM chip in it, you probably need to contact support to get it registered. There were some changes to recent firmware that made the cloud registration different for TPM-equipped devices.

    On the page from my link, it shows that a T70 doesn’t have aTPM chip
