Site cannot be reached - New Dimension Install

I am installing a new Dimension server (v2_1_2_U3) onto Windows Server 2019. I have followed the setup instructions for installing Dimension on Hyper V. I can ping the new dimension server from a client workstation on the same network . I am now ready to run the Dimension Setup wizard. The instructions states to open a web browser and connect to Dimension at https://. When I do this I get a site cannot be reached.

I am able to ping the Dimension IP address. Why cant I start the wizard?

    Still not sure what happened here but I tore down the VM install and ran through the instructions again. The VM is now online .

    I must admit when I initially provisioned the VM I only gave it 1 virtual CPU and 2048 Memory. The install guide calls for 2 virtual CPUs and 4096 of memory. Maybe it was a resource issue?

    All fixed.

    Hi @JoshuaThompson

    If you only gave it half the RAM, it likely wasn't able to start the webserver, which is what you would have accessed to set it up.
