LT2P VPN cannot be disabled on XTM515

I'm attempting to de-activate the LT2P VPN on the firewire web ui. I uncheck the "Activate Mobile VPN with L2TP" box and receive an error "Unable to update configuration." when trying to save the change. The link "click here for help" didn't provide any help with this issue. Any idea how I can get this to save?

    This should work with WSM Policy Manager.
    It probably will work via the Web UI after a firewall reboot.
    No idea what the root cause of this is.
    Make sure that no L2TP connections are active when you try this.

    Rebooting the device didn't have affect with the web interface but the WSM Policy Manager did allow me to turn off the VPN. Thank you
