Quarantine Emails

Is possible to have the quarantine server to refuse emails that are not in our Exchange Server? We receive many emails from non existant users, which makes the quarantine server messages huge. Is there a way to automaticaly refuse email addresses that dont exist in our Exchange server?

    Not easily.
    This has been requested before, but I have no idea if there is an official open request for this.
    If you do not have too many uses, you can add those userids to the SMTP proxy Rcpt To field.
    On the old Forum, someone has a different solution, but I do not recall what it was.
    Perhaps someone else will chime in here
