Hi:
In the "Traffic Control" report, I'm getting these error messages regarding the AP225W antennas (I can no longer manage the AP200s, but they work if I connect them).

I've tried restarting, saving and restoring the configuration, etc. In the "Wireless Gateway Control," I've disconnected and reconnected the devices, and I've also tried "getting the AP license key," which works for a few seconds before the error reappears.The symptoms are that the AP225Ws disconnect and there's no Wi-Fi.It seems to be a problem with the disk; the folder structure is incorrect, or it can't find the AP license file.I would appreciate any help.

En el reporte del "control de tráfico" me da estos mensajes de error respecto a las antenas Ap225W (las Ap200 ya no las puedo administrar, pero si las conecto igual funcionan).

He hecho reinicio, grabar y recuperar configuración, etc.
En el "Control inalámbrico de puerta de enlace" he desconectado y reconectado los dispositivos, también he pedido "obtener la llave de la licencia del AP" y resulta unos segundos y vuelve a aparecer el error.

Los síntomas son que se desconectan los AP225W y no hay WIFI.

Al parecer es algo en el disco, no tiene la estructura de la carpeta o no encuentra el archivo con la licencia AP.

Agradezco desde ya toda ayuda.

    I have an EOL AP120 the newer fw software wont manage anymore by design, that gets the same messages in the firebox. I just wrote it off an an annoyance.

    Today the antennas have been more stable; they haven't had any Wi-Fi problems like they have for the last six days.

    The last thing I did was restart from the System Manager.

    What I want to do is update the device's operating system version, in case that solves the missing file problem. I also have the previous device, the M300. If I manage to copy the missing file/folder to the new device, it should stop giving those annoying messages. To do this, I would need to connect to the console, which I've never done before, but I'll manage it carefully.

    I hope that will stop the error messages.

    Fireware 12.12.2 is the latest version out for a M390

    If you have a current support license, consider opening a support case on this.
