Application Control, need Grok/xAI, others?
Hi all,
A client wants us to block all AI/AI chatbots, etc except Copilot. Application Control can do this and includes ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, MS Copilot, Perplexity, and POE (which is great!)
Freature request to please add Grok/xAI to this list and any others/smaller ones that might be out there.

If you open a support request, I've found this to be the best path - have done this for a couple of applications that are now in the list.
Would need to specify the specific application/s though (eg. the Grok/xAI one) as I don't think it would be possible to block "all" of them without knowing the signatures of each one.

I would suggest adding your request to the Idea Portal in WatchGuard Cloud.
If you hover over Help and go to Give Feedback, you can access this feature. This allows our development and project management team to provide direct feedback and for other users to vote on your idea.

I would suggest looking into the Idea portal. You can submit product enhancement cases now, but the goal is to eventually migrate to the Idea Portal.
You may eventually be asked to post requests to the Idea Portal if you submit a case asking for a product enhancement.
