Snapdragon with Authpoint logon app
I purchased a new laptop, unknowingly with a snapdragon processor and it doesn't seem like the watchguard logon app will work. It is installed but doesn't run. Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Hi @jreedtbf
The logon app doesn't currently support ARM-based Windows devices. There is an open feature request (AAAS-10836) for this. I don't currently have an ETA as to when this might be supported.
If you'd like to follow up on this request, please open a support case and reference AAAS-10836 in the case. The technician assigned to the case can set that up for you.

As a workaround, which works but isn't officially supported by WatchGuard, get the OpenVPN ARM client for Windows and only install the TAP driver from that package (you could install the GUI, but it's not needed unless you actually want to use it).
Once done, install the WatchGuard SSL VPN client for Windows, but deselect the TAP driver when doing a custom install.
We've had to do this for one client who is in the same scenario with a Windows on ARM system.
Hi @PhilT_VIT The above post is about the logon app, not the SSLVPN. There isn't currently a workaround for the logon app.
