CF challenge fail

Cloudflare challenge seems to fail (hangs actually) when the FireCloud agent is active, likely due to TLS decryption. Known issue? Known workaround?

    I haven't seen any reports of that happening. I'd suggest opening a support case so we can get more info about what's happening.

    I'd suggest opening a support case via the support center button at the top right of this page. Our team can take a look at your logs with you and see how we can get this working for you.

    Thanks for raising this. I’ve seen similar behavior when deep inspection is enabled. Maybe try disabling TLS decryption for Cloudflare endpoints and test again?
