Bandwidth and traffic usage reports in the Cloud Manager
Hi all,
Need to get some reports so have some questions.
1. Under WatchGuard Cloud - Device Manager - Traffic I see Packet Filter Traffic and Proxy Traffic. If i need a monthly traffic usage which one should I use? Should I go to Web - Web Activity Trend instead?
2. Why Web - Web Activity Trend only shows 5 days activity although I select This Month?
- Why all reports show No data available if the Last month time frame is selected?
4 Where do I see reports for bandwidth utilization?

The following info is for local managed or cloud managed firewalls - ones not using the new cloud only management method.
One needs the appropriate logging set on policies (Logging for reports), in order to see any data in a local Dimension environment or for the cloud reporting.
Do/did you have appropriate logging set up in order to see more than 5 days for web activity?

If your firewall has a Total Security Suite license then WG cloud keeps reporting data for 30 days.

Also, no report shows a single report on all traffic through your firewall.
However, presumably much you your traffic is web based traffic.
