NDR +

Hi, I have a question. Is anyone in the community using NDR + Collector on one of their devices and also having the problem that the collector no longer starts automatically because the collector or the folder where the VHDX file is located is suddenly no longer there. I then recreated the issue on a new VM and I'm still getting the same problem after installation. WSL cannot find the hard drive because the NDR Collector folder in the administrative account no longer exists because it was deleted by wsl.exe. Does anyone have the same problem or can reproduce the behavior, or has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi @Hero
I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, but if you're running into something like this I'd suggest opening a support case if you haven't already done so.

  • Hello James, Thanks for your feedback. I've already opened a support case about this. The technician tells me he's not familiar with the problem. Since you've recreated the installation and the issue isn't occurring for you, it seems to be something on my end, which I can't explain at the moment. Since I'm experiencing the problem on two existing VMs, a newly configured VM, and a physical device. Thank you for your feedback anyway.
