Interface Management/ Adding Interfaces

I have a few Watchguard Cloud in production and am struggling with managing the interfaces. Seems like the intent is that allowing access to manage them in restricted in the WebUI. I have to drop into CLI to manage/add interfaces. Is the intent the Watchguard Cloud is only designed to have two interfaces Trusted/External?

@ats WatchGuard cloud will query the interfaces available via the hypervisor (Azure, AWS) on bootup. If you've added an additional interface, rebooting should get it to show up.

I understand that. I am trying to add another external interface and it comes up as 'Optional'. Seems like the only way to change it's type is through the CLI.

    Hi @ats

Fireware will automatically assign anything that is eth2 or above as Optional, Optional-1.
You should be able to change the name and zone in the WebUI or policy manager under Network -> Interfaces, or Network -> configuration, respectively.

If that isn't working, I'd suggest creating a support case via the support center link at the top right of this page so that our team can look into the issue with you.
