Given that the CAB are reducing the maximum lifespan of a certificate to 47 days, how are watchguard expecting us to realistically update the cert on dimension?
There is no way to automate it because SSH isn’t exposed, nor an API to be able to replace the certificate.

The only way is manually via the GUI, which just isn’t workable.

    Work is being done to allow automatic certificate renewal (likely via the ACME protocol) in both Fireware and Dimension.

    If you'd like to add feature requests or vote on existing ones, I'd suggest logging into the idea portal (which you can find via WatchGuard Cloud). Click on the help button in WatchGuard Cloud, and select Give Feedback to get there.
