error code 400.003.312

Hello.
one of my users randomly can't connect to our ressources and gets this error code on he iphone. changing the power or data saving option can't change a thing.
do you have an idea to solve this problem? is there an error code listing?

    Hi IvanoVf,

    The error code is:
    400=Android
    003=Authentication
    312=Error_Data_Restricted

    This error occurs when either the battery usage restrictions or the data restrictions are enabled.

    Since you have already disabled data and battery restrictions, try uninstalling their AuthPoint App and reinstalling it. Then issue them a new token.

    If still an issue after this, then a case would need to be created to further review.
