Shared proxy actions

This one is kind of a long shot but I can see it working with managed devices. I would like to see someway to share proxies across devices without having to export and import them to each device. One possible way this could work is by creating the proxies on one system, exporting them and then using WSM to "Schedule proxy sync" which would push out the proxy actions to all devices selected. It would make things a lot more consistent and save a bunch of time.
