SSLVPN Hung at Contacting Server
I have a user on a Win 11 upgrade from Win 10 the cannot connect anymore. It's been unknown months since he connected so I'm not user if it's related to the upgrade to 11 or not. (He normally uses a BOVPN, but needs to go moblie now.)
In the log I found this;
2025-06-04T16:33:59.687 Requesting client configuration from remote.OurDomain.com:443
2025-06-04T16:34:11.702 FAILED:2025-06-04T16:34:23.872 FAILED:Cannot perform http request, timeout 12002
2025-06-04T16:34:23.872 failed to get domain name
Any suggestions where to go from here? I have other laptops our in the field that are working. So it points to settings on this machine. I tried opening that address with a browser but could not connect. Should I be able to read that with a webbrowser?
Kind of stuck here, any suggestions?
