comparison method violates its general contract
Hello,
I currently have a problem with my WatchGuard System Manager. I was making configurations on Fireboxes and when I want to save the configuration on the box, it gives me the message ‘comparison method violates its general contract’. I have uninstalled WSM by deleting the registry keys, the files in the %appdata% and program files folders, etc.
Do you have a solution?

Hi @Gaming_RB
Please open a support case. We'll need additional logs from your machine to assist.
Please collect a support file from your machine and include that with your case.
-Open WSM and log in.
-Launch firebox system manager on the firewall you intend to make changes on.
-In Firebox System Manager, go to the Status Report tab, and click Pause at the bottom of the screen.
-Click the support button.
-Leave the window that pops up in Firebox System Manager alone for right now.
-Launch policy manager and attempt to make changes. Please make the error pop up and stop as soon as the error appears.
-Go back to the Firebox System Manager and click the Retrieve button.
-Please include the support file that is output into your support case.
(It is important that the support file be gathered via WSM on the machine that is having the error, right after the error occurs. The WSM support file includes error data from WSM on the local machine. The additional log data should help identify the issue.)
Thank you,
-James Carson
