WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL on W 2025 DC

Hi
I upgraded the DC of my company on W 2025 server.
After that, collegue that use WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL can't connect using AD.

I create Firebox users as workaround but I prefer to use AD

We use Mobile VPN with SSL 12.11.2 for Windows

    From the Web UI, you can check the connection to your AD server.

    Authentication -> Servers -> TEST CONNECTION FOR LDAP AND ACTIVE DIRECTORY

    If that fails, check your settings on the firewall and check your logs on the AD server

    You can turn on diagnostic logging for authentication which may show something to help:
    . Policy Manager: Setup -> Logging -> Diagnostic Log Level -> Authentication
    or
    . Web UI: System -> Diagnostic Log -> Authentication
    Set the slider to Information or higher
