Watchguard new Feature Request

  • It's also advised to open ticket so that they have a bug feature request on their official system too

    what about endpoint protection? i was told by support that i have to route my feature request via our account manager they will not do it as they have done on numerous times before

    Support will sometimes direct you to your sales person if a request is open but stalled, or there is another reason that it is not moving. If the tech is requesting you reach out to someone from the sales team, it's generally so the request doesn't sit forever.

    I have put in 15 feature requests in the past (its a straight forward process) through support I shouldnt have to chase salesmen as a gold partner.

  • Hi @RobW I suggest that you fill out the survey in the case when it closes, or ask to speak with a manager about the response you got.
