AFAIK, NFR will not work as it can not be assigned to a new owner.

I'd suggest talking to your WatchGuard inside sales rep, they may be able to assist.
NFRs aren't transferable (NFR stands for Not For Resale) -- so I wouldn't suggest paying someone else for one, as you won't be able to use it.
