NO PCI data
We have a new Firebox managed in the loud with total security and logging is enabled. when we look at the PCI reports there is no data available on each report. Is there something we are missing that needs to be enabled to collect this data?

This is what I do not understand as it is managed in the cloud and logging is turned on.
If there is no data, then there is nothing on which to report.
So none of the problems/alerts seem to have existed for the reporting period.
If you believe that there were events which should show up in the reports, then you should open a support case to get WG help in understanding why the reports are not showing anything.
Ok I see data in the log just nothing for the reports.... I will open a case with WG. thank you. I was jsut not sure IF i need to change the logging lvl or what.
Should you find a resolution, please post it so that others can find it.
