WatchGuard Mobile VPN: Connection failed, please check your server IP or network
I downloaded and installed the Mobile VPN with SLL client program on my MacBook Air, but can't connect to the VPN. I have tried so many suggested solutions but still not working. I need your help please. It does not bring up the certification page for me either. The MS windows application is working fine.

What OS version is on your Mac?
What version of the SSLVPN client are you using?
For connection issues:
. from the docs: Verify that the server IP address, user name, and password are correct.
To troubleshoot further, check the client logs for Mobile VPN with SSL.
https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Fireware/mvpn/ssl/mvpn_ssl_client-install_c.html
. if your SSLVPN setup requires a different port than the default TCP port 443, then you need to include that port in the connection info
. verify that some installed anti-virus software is not blocking the connection attempt
You can check your firewall logs / Traffic Monitor to see if the connection is being rejected because of a bad user ID/password.
Hi @Tenacre I would suggest opening a support case (or if you are an end user, ask your IT admin to submit a support case.)
If you happen to have any other VPN clients on that Mac, especially any that are OpenVPN based, I would suggest uninstalling them, as well as the WatchGuard client, rebooting, and reinstalling the WatchGuard client.
In order to identify the issue, we'll need to take a look at the logs from your VPN to see what's going wrong. There's sometimes personal data in these (like IP addresses) so please do not post your logs here. They can be posted privately in a support case.

Sequoia V15.0. is not supported yet for SSLVPN.
