I can not get a SSL VPN connection because the "RADIUS" Server goes "Timeout"

Hello everyone

I just installed a AuthPoint gateway on a Server an made everything like the Manual.
The task is to put a MFA on the SSLVPN Connection. Gateway is registered in the Cloud and everything looks fine but if i want to log in via SSL the Firebox say the Raidus Server is timed out. In the Logfile of the Gatewy ou can se following lines.

Hi. This may have been answered in another forum but it's here so I thought I would comment.

The following entry looks interesting to me "2019-01-03 07:52:53 INFO [main] c.w.a.r.command.RadiusServerCommand - No radius resource associated with this gateway".

Are you certain that, in AuthPoint, you associated the RADIUS resource with the gateway?

    Thanks
    Jack
