New "Manage Products" Tab Missing Default Hardware Versioning Info of Firebox
The default factory hardware versioning of the firebox has been listed under your registered products where you would rapid deploy for at least a decade. Now that particular page has been "revamped" and is missing key information. I often use this info for building config files for rapid deployment of fireboxes around the county. Is there somewhere else this info can be found now or is this in the process of being resolved perhaps?

The cloud team has taken feedback and is working to improve the new UI -- this is one of a few issues that customers have noted.
In the meantime, if you need information related to what version a firewall was manufactured with, customer care and support can look that information up manually via a support case for you.

The specific systems that handle that information in the newer licensing system isn't connected to the database that houses that information. Work is being done to bring this information back to the manage products page. I don't have an ETA as to when it might be complete.
Unfouranetely, getting this info into the manage products page isn't as simple as reverting the change - new infrastructure needs to be built out, and tested in order to bring this back.
