Is Watchguard not updating that page now? I just looked for the 2 security fixes in 12.10.3 and didn't see them on the Security Advisories page. I have used that page in the past to help to determine how urgent a OS update needs to be deployed.

    That page is continuously updated.

    In the meantime, you can find details and scores for each vulnerability at NIST's website:
