Instant Messenger like Whatsapp and FB messenger images and voice blocked

Hi, how can i allow images and voice in whatsapp and messenger? Application is working, but images wont appear and also voice/calls.

    Do you see any denies or Proxy Strips in Traffic Monitor when these accesses are tired?

    Expanding on what Bruce is asking above: We'll need to know what service is blocking that traffic. I would suggest looking at your traffic monitor and searching for traffic from the IP of the PC or phone you're testing from. You'll want to look for deny lines, or proxystrip logs.

    -HTTP or HTTPS proxy may be denying a specific content type.
    -Application Control may be denying a specific identified application.
    -webblocker may be blocking a specific website category.
    -Someone may have added the server FQDN or IP to the blocked sites list
    just to name a few

    We'll need to know how the content is being blocked in order to help.
    If you're unsure, I'd suggest opening a support case, and one of our support reps can help identify the issue with you, and change settings to fix it.
