Using older firebox as a hot spare

I currently have an M590 and an "old" M570 I would like to use as a hot spare for disaster recovery purposes. The M570 is installed with 12.8 software and the new M590 is 12.10.
My question is can I copy over my current configuration to the M570, I have tried but get a error or do I have to re-create the config from scratch? Is there a solution for this?

You need to use Policy Manager to do this:

Thanks. I thought I tried that but I may have been somewhere else on the system. I got a (400 error line 1050 'tor-blocking'. This element is not expected. ) When I restored the xml file. I think Im on the right track and will dig around. Thanks Bruce.
