Reputation Enabled Defense gets disabled with updated feature key?

I have a customer with 5-T35's. The devices are not EOL until end of 2025. When I renewed them today I all of a sudden get a message that says Reputation Enabled Defense is not supported on this OS version and will be disabled. It's been supported since we owned it. It was supported before I upgraded the feature key. Now when I click on Reputation Enabled Defense in Subscription Services it says it is supported on 12.6-12.9. The only firmware available for these devices is 12.5.12 and now it's disabled on all my T35's. Is this a bug? How could it be working on the old feature key and now not be supported with only a feature key change???
