Nordic / Scadic characters with IKEv2

Hello

Do anyone have problems with usernames including scandic characters in it? I have strange behaviour with for example user "Mäkelä". In Windows 10 laptop it even does not found M270 with straight IP address. If I try with "Makela" it connects but then it seem to be problem to AD and do not give access to disk shares.
I wonder is this Microsoft related or WG related problem? MS radius problem or what is going on?

    Hi @Lassir My guess would be that it's an issue with the RADIUS server in use, but we would need to see logs to verify that. If you haven't done so I'd suggest using the support center link at the top right of this page to create a support case.

    I have win server 2019 radius. What logs do you mean?

    In your case, it would be

    -The logs from the firewall (search for "admd" in traffic monitor) to see what username the firewall is showing that it received.

    -The logs on your RADIUS server -- they're likely via your event logs, but check with the vendor that supports your RADIUS server (Microsoft) for the exact location.
