not shure if i am right here / Problem Proxies or something else

i have got a problem a domain is reachable, but whenn i try to get to shopware5 backend ie. store.de ist rechable store.de/backend the login hangs it is a shopware5 backend so i dont now where i can correct the setting i try different things without it getting worked please help me thanks in advance marcus

    For the record, what firewall model do you have and what XTM version are you running ?

    What do you see in Traffic Monitor related to this web site ?
    If deny or Proxy Strip logs, please post examples.
