    Hi,
    Access through and IPAD is not supported by System management Console. Only is accessible through Windows Systems and Mac OSx systems

    It always worked till this week. We don’t use support laptops for over more than three years now. Sinds iPad’s have a mouse and keyboard and had all tools support needed. all te outside support / sales replace there laptop for a iPad Pro”s

    Please clear browser cache and check it you can access now.
    BTW the options you can perform from an iPad are very, very limited. From a Windows computer you will be able to perform many more options, since as I have mentioned, the management is not compatible with that device
