AuthPoint Agent Idle Timeout

Hi everyone.

Is anyone aware if the AuthPoint Agent for Windows has an idle timeout which will disconnect a session after 15 minutes of inactivity?

    Hi @ThomasT
    The AuthPoint agent only requests authentication during windows sign-in events. The idle timeout will be whatever the Windows system's settings are to automatically lock the screen, and isn't a setting in AuthPoint itself.

    Most admins configure this via their domain security policy (group policy.)
