Dimension Setup Wizard Does not complete setup

Hi Hopefully someone can help

I have added the watchguard-dimension_2_1_2_U2.vhd to my HyperV server and added the data disk as per the guide on this site.

When starting the setup wizard I add all the relevant information and then get to the end for the progress.

At this point I either get a spining icon and continues to do so or I get "System successfully configured" and then stops.

Im not sure how to get this to complete and i have re checked all my settings and they are ok. What I did notice is that the timezone is UTC and thus the time is 1 hour behind my network, not sure if this is causing the problem but I cant see to get any root access to change the timezone.

Can anyone advise at all?
