Can't acees or ping dimension

in Firebox - Dimension, Logging and Reporting
I installed dimension for VMware. I ran the intial setup and suscefully applied
A static IP. Which exsi shows it. And also in the Ubuntu terminal shows it. But I cannot ping nor connect to it. I also tried dhcp but will not pull one. Any suggestions???

    Try to reinstall it and see if that works.

    Do you have a VM firewall installed which may be blocking this access?

    Otherwise, consider opening a support case to get help with this from a WG rep.
