ESP denied 104

Hello Guys,

Newbie here. can you help me with this. I have 2 ISP/WAN which working fine and I have a tunnel connection which is working fine. the tunnel is connected to 1 of the ISP/WAN. when i tried to swing the connect to the 2nd ISP/WAN, it displays error with

"2022-09-17 02:51:30 Deny 122.X.X.X 124.X.X.85 esp 4-ISP_FBR Firebox Denied 104 63 (Unhandled External Packet-00) proc_id="firewall" rc="101" msg_id="3000-0148" geo_src="PHL" geo_dst="PHL" Traffic"

can someone explain to me what happens here.

    The firewall denies the esp packets from the remote side. Start by dobble check you gateways under the vpn tunnel configuration.

    When you create the gateway in your VPN, make sure you pick the ISP you're trying to use from the drop down menu. There needs to be a gateway set up for each ISP IP you're using.
