IKEv2 VPN on IOS Devices

Hi All,

M370 with 12.4.1

Have configured IKEv2 VPN for mobile users authenticating against the Firebox-DB.
Windows users work fine.
IOS users always get User Authentication Failed.

I know the password and username are correct (including case sensitivity).

Is there any known issue with regards to this? Is there anything I should investigate further?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. IKEv2 VPN is fine in windows, but I get Auth Failed in IOS.

    There aren't any known issues for this.

    If this is still an issue, I'd suggest opening a case with our support team so they can take a look at your device and logs, and help from there.

    Same here...any clues? Did you open a trouble ticket?

    I didn't open a ticket. IKEv2 doesn't suit our requirements as I don't use a RADIUS server. sslvpn will remain.
