Taking over a Customer Account, Migrate AuthPoint Licenses
We gained a new customer that already has a WatchGuard account and some active AuthPoint licenses. Does WatchGuard have a way to migrate the Licenses from one Cloud account to another? If I am able to contact the previous service provider am I able to transfer the licenses?

Create a support case using the support center link at the top of the page.
-When you see the option for case type, choose customer care.
-Include any info you have about the license.
If the licenses are in a partners account and delegated to that customer, the partner that owns them will have to release them. If they are just attached to that customer's account, they will be moved over normally.

Seriously, with AuthPoint the easiest thing to do is have your company setup as an Admin user and deactivate the other Admins who are no longer needed. I have tried in the past to move from a "Trial" to a full version on a company account (as opposed to VAR). None of the settings or anything came over...we gave it a few tries over a couple of weeks and gave up....case in point...my user name is "TestingTester", the account we setup to "Test" a trial......
