windows has the dynamic lock function and it would be nice when the smartphone is connected to the pc that you dont need the MFA authentication

AuthPoint currently has Network Policy Location Objects (or safe locations.)
If you're looking for a way to bypass MFA in trusted spaces, I'd suggest looking into this:
