Has anyone experienced "session terminated by gateway" using Shrew Soft?

I am trying to get an employee connected to the VPN using Shrew Soft. I have connected it before but they are getting the session terminated by gateway message after the tunnel enables.

    I've not seen it.

    What do you see in Traffic Monitor when this connection is tried?

    You can turn on diagnostic logging for SSLVPN which may show something to help:
    In WSM Policy Manager: Setup -> Logging -> Diagnostic Log Level -> VPN -> SSL
    In the Web UI: System -> Logging -> Settings
    Set the slider to Information or higher

    same here, nothing special in WSM logs just user logged out

    Why not use OpenVPN Connect? It is free.....and the same as what WG uses.
