Using AuthPoint to protect multiple resources

We have AuthPoint synced via LDAP and would like to know if its possible to use the same AuthPoint licensed users to protect other server resources that arent apart of the same active directory.

Example:

  • Authpoint currently used to sign into our company RDS (users synced from active directory)
  • We have our backup server which is standalone (local credentials) but would like to use the same AuthPoint licensed users to log into this resource.

Is it firstly possible, if the username matches?
and would this conflict with any WatchGuard licensing terms?

    If you have local users, you can create them in AuthPoint manually provided there's leftover licenses for them. There's no way to make one LDAP synced user (for example, Thomas@domain.com) match workstation\thomas.
