I am currently running M4600 Appliance with OS 12.5. I have been getting complaints with multiple users getting ERR_TIMEOUT errors when attempting to access:

http://app.detailkommander.com/users/sign_in

The page will ultimately display after a couple of minutes. The users traverse a HTTP-proxy with Application Control, Geo Location IPS, APT Blocker, IPS, AV and Web Blocker enabled. If I log off and then log onto my testing account which traverses a HTTP packet filter the page displays with no delay.

    I just tested that site through my T35-W running 12.5.1 with HTTP-proxy with Application Control, Geo Location IPS, APT Blocker, IPS, AV and Web Blocker enabled, and HTTPS/DPI is enabled. It loaded without issues in a couple seconds.

    I suggest updating to 12.5.1 and then checking again. Then again, our individual settings on those UTM item likely are different and could be contributing.
