Software Installation over Patch Management

I have attempt to install a new version of 7-Zip by creating a Task in the Patch Management. I checked in the computer selected to get the update. The version was updated in the computer. However, under the computer, under the Software menue the old version is still showing. Several browser refresh and syncs from WatchGuard EPDR console in the computer been performed. How long does it take to update in the Watchguard Cloud console?
