WebBlocker - classification of websites
Hello,
I have a question about the web blocker and the classification of websites. I am currently seeing an increase in miscategorization. In my case, this often affects small German company websites. I suspect that this is due to the use of AI, and I am wondering how this happens. Here are two examples:
www.pflanzenpoint-schuster.de Reason: Category “Sex” denied by WebBlocker policy “ITS-WebBlocker”
only plants
www.havelwolle-naturkleidung.de Reason: Category “Nudity” denied by WebBlocker policy “ITS-WebBlocker”.
they want to sell things against nudity
The sites appear to have been incorrectly categorized based on a few keywords.
This needs to be improved urgently. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Hi @Fire_Smith
I've requested that the webblocker categories be re-analyzed for these two sites. Webblocker categories are manually reviewed, but it may take a few days for these sites to be reviewed and recategorized.

Thanks for the answers. I used the reporting tool before, and I did report these two sites, but there are too many to report one by one. I know I can add more. As I said, I see an increase in miscategorizations, and perhaps it's the foreign language that leads to miscategorization. One of our teams does web research, so they often stumble upon sites like this.
@Fire_Smith
My best suggestion for this would be to create a support case after you've made a submission at https://securityportal.watchguard.com/UrlCategory if the category hasn't been changed within 48 hours. We can escalate the issue, but the initial request must be made for us to initiate that process.
