limit traffic speed to youtube

Could someone share specifics on putting speed limits on youtube? We don't want to block youtube, but 4K christmas carols are a thing this year. I would like to limit bandwidth with youtube.

If you have a firewall with Application Control, using that feature to enact a bandwidth limit would likely be the most straightforward way to do this:
